Campus Communication Mastery is built as a four-level model. Institutions align at the top, and it works down to every student, with each level funding the next. Here's how it runs.
Where it starts. City institutional leaders come together to align on what communication training should mean for their students, and commit as founding partners to a shared standard.
Teachers manage three stakeholders at once: management, parents, and students, each with a different definition of success. We bring corporate mid-management stakeholder frameworks into the classroom, including live examples like structuring performance and promotion decisions without a KPI system in place.
A smaller, sharper cohort of student leaders learns to represent their peers with real presence, ahead of the wider program.
The core program, covering everything from interpersonal communication to boardroom-ready presentation skills. Delivered as weekly sessions, an intensive bootcamp, or a custom hybrid, shaped around your institution's calendar. Currently running at St. Joseph's PU College as a 20-hour, 10-session live program.
