Campus Communication Mastery is built as a four-level model. Institutions align at the top, and it works down to every student, with each level funding the next. Here's how it runs.
Where it starts. City institutional leaders come together to align on what communication training should mean for their students, and commit as founding partners to a shared standard.
Faculty and HODs build the frameworks they need to lead, not just teach, covering feedback, performance conversations, and stakeholder communication.
A smaller, sharper cohort of student leaders learns to represent their peers with real presence, ahead of the wider program.
