Harsha Aiyappa

Harsha Aiyappa has worked with leading organizations such as Cerner and Oracle as a PMP Certified Program Manager. There he built a strong foundation in leadership, stakeholder management and program execution. Today he brings that corporate perspective to The Expressionists, turning real workplace expectations into practical, engaging communication programs that prepare students for the world beyond the classroom.

It began with creating memorable corporate events. It has grown into a larger mission: giving the next generation the confidence and communication skills to thrive. Through experiential learning, The Expressionists helps students become articulate, effective collaborators, and works with educational institutions to make communication a part of everyday learning.

Beyond work, Harsha is an adventurer at heart. Whether he is running, trekking, playing badminton or taking on a new challenge, he brings the same energy, discipline and competitive spirit to it as he does to building The Expressionists.
